Booking policy
If you request to book an appointment that does not guarantee you have a scheduled appointment with me. Once you submit a request to book a service you will receive a confirmation email that your booking is waiting approval. If the request is approved you will then receive an email of approval, and an email with my contract/policy with instructions for payment on the deposit. The deposit is to secure your date and it also goes towards your service or services booked. Please ensure to send contract back with signature and to pay deposit within a timely manner. If you take too long to send me back the contract with signature and to pay the deposit you may run the risk of someone else booking your date.
If someone else sends a booking request and I receive their contract and deposit before yours, their request will be approved prior to yours. Once everything is sent to me you will receive a calendar invite with information regarding our appointment. If I do not receive a deposit and a signed contract your booking will not be saved and you will not have an appointment with me.
Travel Fee and Parking

I do require a travel fee for any areas that are out of the San Diego region. A quote will be sent to you after your appointment request is sent based on the address that you provide on file. Please ensure to submit the address of which I will be traveling to for our appointment. If you are unsure of location or if original address from the initial booking request changes, please let me know so I can update it to the calendar. If the updated address is outside of the San Diego region, you will be re quoted on a travel fee. If you book an appointment that requires me to contract additional artists or stylists, they will also be compensated for travel, and a travel fee will be quoted for those artists as well.

It is important that parking accommodations are made for the artist/stylist on the day of your appointment. It is not easy to carry all of our equipment to you and it is not ideal for us to walk miles with all of our bags. Parking must also be paid for or compensated. It can be taken care if before hand as many hotels have additional parking passes for bridal parties or events. Or I could add into the total invoice at the end of our appointment. This also applies to any additional artists or stylist that are contracted for the day of your appointment and will need to be compensated for their parking as well. ​

Work Environment
If I or my other artists/stylists feel like the work environment is toxic or their is rude and unacceptable behavior, I have the right to end and refuse services in that moment. As artists and stylists we are providing a luxury service to you and will not tolerate disrespect or let anyone make me or anyone on my team feel like they are less than.
If I refuse the rights to service you based on such behavior while we are in an appointment, you will be responsible to pay for the full amount of the services quoted for your event date.

Cancellation ​

If you cancel an appointment you will not be refunded the deposit. The deposit is made to hold your booking and is non refundable but it does count towards your service/s booked.
If you cancel an appointment the week of your wedding or event date you will be responsible to pay the full amount of services that were booked.

Please understand that makeup artists are independent contractors and rely on appointments and services to make a living. If we are booked we are unable to take other appointments, therefore that’s why these cancellation policies and contracts are made.
