Cancellation Policy

Please understand that makeup artists are independent contractors and rely on appointments and services to make a living. If we are booked we are unable to take other appointments, therefore if a cancellation occurs you will not be refunded the deposit. Only exception to a deposit refund is if the artist cancels an appointment on their end. Thank you for your understanding and support.
