Booking and Cancellation Policy
Once you submit a request for an appointment please allow up to 24hrs for me to review your request. If the request is approved you will receive an email of approval with a contract of my booking policy and a request for a deposit. Please ensure to send signed contract and deposit or your appointment will not be secured in my booking system. It is important that you do this in a timely manner otherwise you run the risk of someone else booking the date and time that you requested, and I might not be able to accommodate to you on that day. The deposit does go towards your appointment and the remaining balance is expected to be paid after services are completed. Please understand that makeup artists are independent contractors and rely on appointments and services, as it is our form of living. If we are booked we are unable to take other appointments, therefore if a cancellation occurs you will not be refunded the deposit, and on top of that you will be charged a $50 cancellation fee. Only exception to a deposit refund is if the artist cancels 72 hours prior to the appointment. If you need to reschedule please let me know and I can make those accommodations for you.
